Border Security & Tactical Area Dominance Solutions

Digital Shielding and Continuous RF Control Along Border Lines

In modern border security strategies, controlling the electromagnetic spectrum has become a strategic necessity beyond traditional physical barriers. Mobsec Border Security Solutions provide an integrated architecture designed to detect threats before they reach the border line, pinpoint their source, actively prevent unauthorized activity, and ensure secure communication for operational units.

The systems are grouped into five core capability areas: Base Protection, Wide-Area Reconnaissance, Precision Geolocation, Electronic Countermeasures, and Tactical Communication.

1. Fixed Site & Outpost Protection (Base Protection)

Deployed defensive systems at border posts, bases, and observation towers create a zero-tolerance zone against infiltration attempts.

 • Stationary Area Control & Monitoring (CNA-Stationary)

Stationary systems positioned at border posts and strategic access points provide uninterrupted 24/7 RF scanning. Any mobile device approaching or attempting unauthorized entry is instantly detected and identified the moment it enters the electronic security perimeter. This maintains a tireless, always-active digital surveillance layer even when physical patrols are not present.

 • No-Phone Zone Enforcement

“Phone-Prohibited Zones” are established in critical operational areas to prevent unauthorized individuals from making external communications, thereby eliminating risks associated with signaling, coordination, or data leakage.

2. Wide-Area Intelligence & Aerial Detection

Challenging border terrains are covered with both passive and active scanning technologies to ensure full-spectrum awareness.

• Aerial Mobile Identity Detection (CNA-Aerial)

Optimized for UAVs and airborne platforms, this system collects IMSI/IMEI identities of all mobile devices in mountainous or hard-to-reach areas. Suspicious activities and illegal crossings are detected from the air, without ground teams entering high-risk locations.

• RF Topology Mapping (CNMS)

The RF spectrum of the operational zone is scanned entirely passively, generating a strategic RF Topology Map. Since the system emits no signals, hidden network infrastructure becomes visible without exposing the system to detection.

3. Precision Geolocation & Target Tracking

Beyond identifying threats, their exact geographic location is determined with high precision to maintain tactical superiority.

• Mobile Direction Finding (DF-Vehicle)

High-gain antenna arrays and Angle-of-Arrival (AoA) algorithms integrated into patrol vehicles enable real-time direction and approximate location detection of threat signals—even while in motion.

• Last-Mile Localization (DF-Handheld)

Portable DF-Handheld units are used by foot patrols in areas inaccessible to vehicles. These systems locate targets inside caves, shelters, or dense forests with meter-level accuracy.

4. Active Defense & Threat Mitigation

Proactive electronic warfare technologies neutralize detected threats and increase the safety of border units.

• RCIED & Drone Protection (Jammer)

A high-power RF protection shield is formed around convoys and patrol vehicles. This shield disrupts the command frequencies of RCIED threats and hostile UAV/drone systems, breaking the attack chain and preventing remote activation.

• Rogue BTS Defense (Rogue Base Station Detection)

“Spoofed base station” attacks are detected through passive scanning. Using traffic-flooding techniques, the hostile station’s resources are overloaded, preventing interception or data collection targeting friendly units.

5. Independent & Secure Communication Network (Network-in-a-Box)

In remote border regions where commercial networks are insufficient, independent communication becomes essential for uninterrupted operational activity.

• Tactical Cellular Network (TBS)

Tactical Base Station solutions deploy a fully independent, secure mobile network (Network-in-a-Box) supporting 2G to 5G. The “Grey List” feature blocks hostile devices while maintaining closed-loop communications exclusively for authorized personnel.
